Jett Ferm is a mechanical engineer with 15 years of experience designing and manufacturing machines, mechanisms, tooling, large assembly structures to the demanding standards of both aerospace and production environments.  Most recently, Jett led his own engineering consultancy and prototype fabrication company.  His customers, from agriculture drones to rocket companies, relied on Jett to rapidly take their prototypes and test stands through concept development, system engineering, design, manufacture, and delivery.  Prior to starting his own business in 2020, Jett worked at Virgin Hyperloop, The Pilot Group and Ford Motor Company.
